An MRI revealed a torn medial meniscus in my left knee. I wore a knee brace daily and used a cane for stairs and outside surfaces for six months. There was a little improvement but indications were for either surgery or an arthroscopic procedure. Feeling anxiety about either option, I decided on Structural Integration as a hopeful alternative.
I committed to ten sessions with Ms. Dodson. After the third session, I no longer needed a cane and shortly gave up the knee brace. I give Ms. Dodson's skill and this therapy concept full credit for a remarkable recovery of mobility and independence.
